Work is a Bitch...

The blog has been a litle quiet compared to last week (week 1)... I just am literally having to focus ONLY on work right now... Hopefully Sunday I'll get out and get to a concert in a Pub or something...
I also plan on visiting one of the webcams @ TimesSquare and having one of ya'll take a picture.... could be dorky and fun...
I still feel like ninja's are following me.

Oh.
I did find a Starbux next to the Subway @ Bryant Park...

This show is a Bear... So I am having to really focus on work until at least this saturday, then I hope to get out a bit more. I apologise that the postings are mainly my goings to and from work, but that _Is_ what afforded me this opportunity; besides there is plenty to see if you just keep your eyes open.

Like on Saturday:
I am headed to work fairly early and the subways were empty until:
I am in my own little world with my iPod when suddenly this gaggle of kids invades the train... there must have been about 9 of them wrangled about by their mothers. All I hear through the noise is:

"SELENA YOU SIT THERE!"

Selena sits next to me and instantly begins to talk to me... I take off my head phones and ask her to repeat...

"Homer Simpson is Nekkid!"

and of course he is.... she goes on and on about one thing or another in a langauage only understood by other 5 year olds... she finally tells me she is going to a movie with her cousins.

"Robots" she says....

"Do you get to go to the movies today?"
she asks (I later found out her mom had a TON of free passes)

"No I have to work"

Selena was very disturbed by this and asked "why" too many times to count.
Her reasons for not working were pretty good I have to admit:

"It's Saturday"
"The Movies"
"It's Saturday"

Before I got off the train I asked her if she had seen any Ninjas...

"mmmm hmmmmm"
she says.
